It is an art, it needs to be done with just the right pinch of humility and taste, while at the same time ensuring that you will receive credit for your accomplishments.<BR/><BR/>I would like to add my 2c. to the above post<BR/><BR/> - If you're task involves getting work done or getting information from other people, do not hesitate to point that out as a factor in your status comments. You could create another column called Owner, point out that person's effort towards the activity and send a copy to him as well. This lets people know that they should be working towards your goals as well, something that is very easy to forget.
